Part-time Bursar Level 2
We are looking for a highly motivated, pro-active and forward thinking Bursar to join our school team.
If you have experience and knowledge of finance and resource management, setting, managing and monitoring budgets, a good understanding of HR, health and safety and premises management, great communication and a good sense of humour then we would love to hear from you.
We can offer flexible working hours, support, training and a considered handover, established systems and an experienced, warm, friendly and supportive team.
This is a permanent position
25hrs per week (term time plus 2 weeks) – hours negotiable
Salary: £31,464 to £33,716 pa pro rata depending on experience

Site Controller Needed
We are looking for a friendly, reliable and trustworthy individual to take over from our retired Site Controller.
Part-time, 20 hours per week
Core working hours: 7.30am to 9.00am (7.5hrs Monday to Friday) and remaining 12.5hrs flexible.
Salary (Scale 3, Points 5-6) £29,384 - £30,928 pa, pro rata, depending on skills and experience
In this important role, you will need to be physically able as it involves steps, stairs, ladders and heavy lifting. You will be responsible for the security and maintenance of the school, ensuring that health and safety issues are dealt with promptly and regulations adhered to. Good DIY skills are a must and you need to be able to maintain records both manually and digitally. The role may include some out of hours working for lettings and will include emergency call-outs when required. For this reason, a full driving licence is desirable.
