Our Vision, Ethos & Values

Boyne Hill Infant & Nursery is a Voluntary Controlled Church of England School with an inclusive ethos that supports its Christian foundation.

In Feeding of the 5000 (Matthew 14: 13-21), Jesus showed love, care and respect to all the people. He expanded their thinking and understanding through his teaching; he brought them closer to God through prayer and his loving compassion towards them and through food and rest, ensured that their physical needs were met.

OUR VISION

Rooted in our local community and inspired by the welcoming arms of Jesus, our school extends love, care and respect to all. We strive to nurture the full potential of every pupil, helping them grow physically, academically and spiritually, equipping them with the skills to flourish.

OUR ETHOS

Boyne Hill Infant and Nursery School recognises its historic foundation and will preserve and develop its religious character in accordance with the principles of the Church of England. We aim to nourish our community by providing an education of the highest quality within the context of Christian belief and practice. We encourage an understanding of the meaning and significance of Christian values and promote them through the experience we offer to all.

'Pupils thrive at this vibrant and cheerful school, where they feel valued and excited to attend.'
