Father Jeremy, vicar at All Saints Church, is a regular visitor to Boyne Hill Infant and Nursery School. He takes a Key Stage One assembly each term and spends time in the Reception classes, talking or reading to the children.

The children enjoy learning about the Liturgical colours and the seasons of the Church year.

The year 1 and year 2 children attend the Christingle service each year at the beginning of December. Christingle means ‘Christ’s Light’ and it is a symbol of the Christian faith.

Key Stage 1 Christingle Service, December 2015

As part of their Religious Education, the Year 2 children visit the church to learn about the different features of the church and enjoy spending some time sketching and taking brass rubbings.
